Pilates exercises are strength conditioning that works on balanced muscular development and mobility. What makes MoveME Pilates equipment classes unique are the small class sizes and variety of equipment work that are often reserved for private lessons. It is required that you have a minimum of 2 private lessons before taking an EquipMEnt class.

This class establishes increased core strength and a more healthy, stable and flexible spine and brings awareness to ones body, mind, and breath.
Pilates MAT Foundation
is suitable for both beginners and those wanting to brush up on the basics. This class is still challenging, but at an accommodating pace so that clients can get a better understanding of the Pilates Principles. This class helps each student learn how to effectively engage and work their “core,” gain full body strength, and move in correct alignment.

This workout is an exceptional one hour regime of high intensity ~ low impact dance inspired movements, strength and flexibility that is guaranteed to sculpt your body. I use my dance background and love for music to make inspiring playlists which drive the rhythm, the beat and energy of the class. Equipment consists of small props including a Barre, light weights, resistance bands and a small soft ball. We fatigue the muscles with very small isometric movements that can make you shake and feel the burn followed by full range lengthening movements. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are given as needed.
Barre Cardio Interval is a music driven cardiovascular Barre workout. This workout is an exceptional one hour regime of high intensity intervals followed by strength and flexibility exercises that is guaranteed to sculpt your body. I use my dance background and love for music to make inspiring playlists which drive the rhythm, the beat and energy of the class. Equipment consists of small props including a Barre, light weights, resistance bands and a small soft ball. Integrating intervals such as lunges, squats and dance inspired jumps this class is more cardiovasularly challenging than any other class on the schedule and it is not geared toward all levels.
